On Thursday 9 May 2013 AdWords rolled out a new set of Terms and Conditions which apply to many customers throughout the Asia Pacific region.
As per Google’s Inside AdWords blog:
You’ll have 45 days to review and accept the new AdWords Terms and Conditions. If you don’t accept them within 45 days, your ad serving may be paused until you’ve reviewed and agreed to them.
So even if your account is managed by someone else (for example ME!) you still need to log in, review the new T&Cs and accept them.
Your Client Manager can’t do it for you.
